Greywolf Gravel-Road / Cross Bike
Overview Design Geometry Details Ordering
A smooth, simple and refined bike for finding adventure exploring unpaved roads, or jumping into a Cross race. The Greywolf's bottom bracket height falls in the region of overlap between typical cross and gravel-road geometry - at the low/stable end for the former, and the high/more-agile end for the latter. With good clearance for 40mm aggressively-knobbed tires, this bike is highly capable and well-mannered on trails, yet can chew up the smoother miles efficiently. A remarkably versatile machine that can fill many holes in the quiver.

Design
The Greywolf's foundation is a wide T47x86 bottom bracket shell that maximizes rear-end stiffness and tire clearance. The chainstays are 7/8" diameter for stiffness, and shaped asymmetrically to maximize clearance. The seatstays are smaller 5/8" diameter to increase compliance. The frame uses a narrow 27.2mm seatpost to maximize comfort, and large diameter top and down tubes to create a stiff front-triangle.
